CANCELLATION POLICY

At MS Soft Trading, we aim to process all orders quickly and accurately. To maintain efficiency while supporting our customers fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been packed or shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation can no longer be made.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

Exceptions

  • Orders for custom, special-order, or limited-stock items cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
  • MS Soft Trading reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders already prepared or shipped.
  • Repeated cancellation requests may be reviewed for potential misuse of service.
